It started in Zlín

Since 2000, we have been behind the conversion and regeneration of the Bata´s area in Zlín. The complex debt relief of the area known as Svit and the subsequent unblocking of the property are behind us. We stood at the beginning of the reconstruction of the Baťa‘s headquarters building, today's Building No.21, as well as the transfer of the run-down buildings  No.14 and No.15, today's Baťa Institute, the largest cultural institution in the region. Our aim is to get the life back to the area we believe it belongs here

Originally the central storage of the Baťa Company, historically the first Czechoslovak trial at a truly modern storage technology with maximum mechanization of internal transport and wagons. Reconstruction building No.34, as the building is now called, has also started other projects in the industrial area, such as the revitalization of the building No.12 in 2007.

Since 2009, CREAM Real Estate has started to work with the concept of buildings within the IN-HOUSE project. These were buildings that were designed with an emphasis on new services and features while taking advantage of the building's capabilities. These revitalized buildings were built in Ústí nad Labem, Chomutov and Přerov. The biggest change was made in the max32 building in Zlín. The originally ten-storey shoe warehouse, which was bombed during the war, then the electrical substation for the rubber mill, was in 2012 created a comfortable loft housing complemented by shops, services or a top fitness center.

Until then, one of the largest projects has entered the history of the building, the revitalization of the former Bata Research Center building in the western part of the industrial site, today known as HOUSE 64. The project would be divided into two stages. The first of them, HOUSE 64/2, was completed in 2016. Gradually, regional institutions, post office, banks, shops, companies and people are moving into this “new center of Zlín”, who are beginning to discover the attractiveness of loft housing at max32 in conjunction with .
