Martin Jarolím has been associated with the conversion and regeneration of the former Bata factory in Zlín. He has been  operating there since 2000. He participated in the preservation of building No. 21 (currently the Zlin Region and regional office of the Tax Office), building No. 23 - business incubator and buildings No. 14 and No. 15 (Bata's Institute).

Since 2006, he has been working for the CREAM Investment Group, which currently owns more than 100 properties throughout the Czech Republic. Under the leadership of Martim Jarolím, a number of projects were successfully implemented, such as the trendy loft housing at max32 or the modern office building HOUSE 64 or the project of above-standard offices in the center of Brno called MORAVÁK.

Within the CREAM investment group, he is responsible for trade, development and long-term assessment of properties. Martin Jarolím is a member of the Board at CREAM Investment Fund CREAM SICAV, whose portfolio includes CREAM Real Estate, in which he is an executive.
